DEPARTMENT

The Group ITCo and Global Programs department plays a crucial role in steering and aligning the global Operations and IT strategy within Allianz. The sub-function Productivity specializes in defining Group IT guidelines, ensuring the consistency of financial KPIs across project portfolios and initiatives, supporting the governance process of the IT Committee (ITCo), and monitoring and analyzing IT business cases. They are seeking a new SIBE candidate to join their Global Productivity Steering Team to support the efforts in enhancing IT productivity and providing strategic guidance for IT investments from a Group perspective.

TASKS

  • Assist in the further development of Allianz Group's global IT productivity steering function, including the design and enhancement of IT productivity processes and the creation of training materials.
  • Support the standardization and consistency of financial KPIs across project portfolios and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives, frameworks, tools, and methodologies related to IT project steering and productivity
  • Support the governance processes of the IT Committee (ITCo)
  • Monitor and analyze IT business cases for projects, providing actionable insights to drive productivity improvements and support strategic decision-making

PROFILE

  • (Completed) bachelor's studies in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Matehmatics or other business-related fields
  • Proficient in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, and experienced with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, well-structured manner
  • Willingness to learn and interested to work in a challenging international environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus (but not a must)

STUDY PROGRAM 

Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year dual master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.Sc./MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. All programs offer you various additional MBA options. You also have the chance for intensive exchange and networking as well as the opportunity to design the seminar mode.
