TASKS

• BMP (Business Master Platform) Finance: Budgets, controlling, preparations, analyses 
• Performance Management: Setup, software, KPIs usage, benefits, costs 
• Prepare "high level" stakeholder meetings with the senior management & supervisory board incl. storytelling, communication, presentations etc. 

PROFILE

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related fields
• Previous internships in the financial services or consulting industry are an advantage
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills and a can-do attitude
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively and accurately in a high-pressure environment
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and expectations
• Very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Very good computer skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Power BI dashboard experience is a plus
