TASKS

• Sourcing and execution of new investment opportunities, as well assupporting portfolio companies on shareholder related topics
• Market screening to identify and analyze new business models and investment opportunities
• Support on commercial due diligence and valuation of investment opportunities
• Support with shareholder related topics (e.g. post merger integration or further funding rounds)
• Assist in drafting and preparing investment proposals and other decision templates
• Market research on trends and new investment opportunities

PROFILE

• Bachelor in Business Administration or other relevant fields (e.g. computer science or physics)
• Experience in the insurance or wealth management sector is a plus
• Previous work experience (e.g. internships) in investment banking, management/strategy consulting, investment fund (VC, growth equity, private equity) is a plus
• Passion for investments, innovative business models and digitalization
• Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) 
• Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
