TASKS

• Manages Allianz Groups Mini Mobility Program, a designated short term program to develop talent and foster personal growth. This may include: Pro-actively engages with employee and internal stakeholders in a key account role for the Mini Mobility Program, repares and administers Mini Mobility related documents and Interfaces with tax advisors and other external suppliers on a daily basis to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations
• Supports with operational and administrative tasks for all types of international assignments at all hierarchical levels throughout the entire assignment life-cycle
• Participates in special mobility related projects and actively supports in various strategic initiatives
• Engages to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes

PROFILE

• Bachelor or equivalent education in Human Resource Management, (International) Business Studies / Administration, Information Systems / Business Information Technology, (International) Cultural Studies or Business Law
• Experience in vendor management and/ or implementation of IT tools is a plus
• Profound knowledge of the M365 Co-pilot Suite (former Microsoft Office 365)
• IT programming skills are a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German, additional language is a plus
