TASKS

• Contribute to the development of regular management reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
• Aid in enhancing and streamlining global compliance reporting
• Foster collaboration with local Compliance teams by sharing best practices and providing support and training
• Share responsibility for maintaining data quality and ensuring effective report development and delivery
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create reports as required

PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or a related field, with a keen interest in corporate law and compliance
• Experience or coursework in compliance, regulatory affairs, or corporate governance, preferably within the financial services sector
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office, including Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Office 365
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Cognos is advantageous
• Demonstrates high integrity and trustworthiness
• Possesses strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and quick to learn, with a proactive approach and adaptability to diverse environments
• Data-driven, results-focused, and innovative, with the capability to implement new digital workflows
• Excellent communication skills and adept at fostering strong working relationships
• Highly organized, with effective task planning and time management abilities
• Fluent in English, Proficiency in German is an advantage
